2. Color vinyl
There may be variations between the color of the screen of the computer and the actual color of the vinyl. Because the screen resolution changes from one computer to another, Tusvinilos is not responsible for the difference between the color on the screen and the real color of the vinyl. In any case, The customer can request color samples to ensure the real color of the vinyl at a cost of €5, which will be credited in case of placing the order..
3. Delivery

for the Canary Islands, delivery times are 15 business days approximately.
The delivery time for other countries varies according to destination 10/15 business days.
The delivery is considered completed since the product is made available to the customer by the carrier and the consignee signs the delivery receipt.

5. eventual return of products
If there is an error in sending vinyl or product it is defective, tusvinilos undertakes to resolve said incident as soon as possible. In this case, return or exchange costs are borne by tusvinilos. Replacement of defective products will be made as soon notify the customer and without charge.
All orders placed in Tusvinilos are manufactured on demand, and according to the measurements, colors or any characteristic selected for the chosen product, what are you going to buy, so we do not have vinyl or photomurals in stock and therefore: “No changes will be made to orders manufactured correctly and shipped without any type of error on the part of Tusvinilos, nor the return of money or the amount of the purchase made in our online store”.
